I have been practicing for many years and have never left a class before it ended, but today it happened. The class with Kathi K was simply awful. I have never experienced such an insensitive and rude teacher. She yelled a lot, used swear words, and made stupid jokes. I really can’t understand how anyone could find that enjoyable. Besides that, the class had nothing to do with Vinyasa. In the past, I already noticed that this studio has rather unconventional teachers, but I kept giving it a chance. After today’s visit, I will most likely not be coming back.
