Über uns

STUDIO SIX is a mindful counterpoint to the rush of everyday life. A space where you don’t just work out, you arrive: at yourself, in the moment, and within a like-minded community. Founded by two passionate, BASI® Pilates teachers, the studio brings the six original Pilates principles to Salzburg – interpreted in a modern way and in an environment that couldn’t feel more personal. The studio offers Pilates classes on the mat, on the reformer and with the tower. To cater to different needs and moods, you can find various classes in our schedule.

Über das Team

Hi, we are Daniela and Carola, founders of STUDIO SIX and both passionate Pilates teachers. We wanted to create a space where you can practice without pressure to be or look a certain way. Our goal is to create a calm and personal atmosphere to make you feel truly at home in our studio.

At STUDIO SIX, we offer Pilates in it’s most authentic way but with a personal and modern twist by integrating all Pilates principles in our classes. We strongly believe in Joseph Pilates‘ method while adding our own style and experience.
We value punctuality, so please arrive on time (approx. min. 10 min before class starts). This allows you to settle in and fully arrive and get familiar with the equipment first. Wear whatever you feel confident in. Activewear is perfect to feel comfortable and unrestricted. Bring your water bottle and grippy socks. Grippy socks are mandatory when attending a reformer/tower class. This is not only for hygienic reasons but also important for your safety. We don’t judge what shape or age you are, if you wobble or shake… STUDIO SIX is a safe space where you can be yourself.

We understand that plans can change and life sometimes gets in the way. You can cancel your class up to 24 hours in advance via Eversports, and your class credits will be refunded to your Eversports account. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class, as well as no-shows, will result in the class being forfeited and credits not being refunded.
· We offer classes in German and English. Please check our schedule to find a class in your preferred language. · You do you: rest when you feel like it, ask for a modification when you need one and don’t compare yourself to others. Your class, your intention. · STUDIO SIX offers Pilates classes on the mat, on the reformer and with the tower. To cater to different needs and moods, you can find various classes in our schedule. · If you are pregnant or have an injury that could compromise your practice, please drop us an email before booking a class.
