Nuju is more than a studio. It’s a feeling. Our classes are designed with intention — precise yet fluid, strong yet calm. Movement here is not rushed or performative, but thoughtful and deeply effective. Small group sizes allow our highly trained instructors to guide you with care, detail, and presence. Set in Vienna’s 19th district, Nuju is a quiet retreat where design, mindfulness, and movement meet. A place to feel supported, grounded, and connected — to your body and to yourself. This is what we call That Nuju Feeling.
We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes before class so you can settle in calmly and we can start together on time. If it’s your first Reformer class, our Nuju Balanced sessions are the ideal place to begin. Please let your instructor know before class — they’ll briefly introduce you to the equipment and guide you through the flow with extra care. Wear comfortable, body-hugging activewear that allows you to move freely and feel supported.
All equipment needed for your session is provided in the studio. For Reformer classes, grip socks are required. If you don’t have a pair yet, you can purchase them directly at the studio in different styles and sizes. We also offer changing rooms, lockers, and a walk-in shower. Please remember to bring your own towel if you plan to shower.
You can cancel your class up to 18 hours before the start time directly via Eversports. In this case, your class credit will be returned automatically. Cancellations made within 18 hours of the class, as well as no-shows, will result in the class being charged in full. For safety reasons and out of respect for the group, late entry is not permitted once the class has started. If you arrive late, your spot and credit will unfortunately be forfeited.
Pregnancy: You are very welcome to join our regular group classes up to the 8th week of pregnancy with your doctor’s approval. From then on, we recommend our dedicated Nuju Baby Belly classes, designed to support you safely during this special time. Postnatal:You are welcome to join Nuju Baby Belly once you have received your doctor’s approval - from 4 weeks after a natural birth or 6 weeks after a C-section. Babies are welcome to join. From 4 months postnatal, and with medical clearance, you may also book Nuju Balanced or Nuju Burn classes. For guidance on the best classes for you, feel free to contact us at contact@thenuju.com. Nuju assumes no liability. Please refer to our terms and conditions at thenuju.com. Please be mindful of the validity of your tickets or class packages, as expired credits cannot be extended or refunded. You’ll always find validity details on our Eversports profile and website. Personal belongings are stored at your own responsibility. Most importantly: Arrive as you are. Move with intention. Leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more at home in your body.
