    Welcome to Lotus Yogii 🌸

    Our classes are designed to help you reconnect with your body and breath through mindful movement and deep stretching.

    Each session focuses on gently opening a specific area of the body — relieving deep muscular tension, improving posture, and restoring mobility.

    We work on releasing blocked energy centers and inviting the natural flow of vitality back into your system.

    Whether you're an athlete, a beginner, or simply looking for balance in your daily life — you'll find space here to unwind, realign, and recharge.

    Classes are in English. All levels welcome.

    This space is held and guided by Nafas — a passionate yoga practitioner and spiritual explorer.

    Yoga has always been a deep source of inspiration and healing for me. As a student of life and movement, I’ve been practicing and learning for years, always drawn to the subtle power of breath, energy, and mindful presence.

    Now living in Vienna, I feel called to share this journey with others — to offer classes that open the body, release tension, and allow energy to flow freely again.

    This isn’t just a practice — it’s a space for softness, strength, and self-connection. I’d love to welcome you in.

    Because true health isn’t just about building muscle or burning calories. At Lotusyogi, you’ll start to feel what’s really happening inside your body — the hidden tensions, the blocked energy, the heaviness you didn’t even know was there. Through deep stretching, mindful movement and breath, you’ll begin to release those knots and rediscover what it feels like to have life force flowing freely through you. This is where healing begins — not by pushing harder, but by softening and listening within.
    🧘‍♀️ Classes are held either at Yoga Studio (floor -1) or at Leiwand (floor -2). 🚪 Once you arrive, ask the reception for the guest elevator and come to the class floor. 📸 Photos/videos might be taken during class – let me know if you prefer not to be included. 👐 Physical adjustments may be offered. If you prefer not to be touched, please inform me before class. 🩺 If you have injuries or special conditions, please let me know in advance. 🥗 Avoid eating heavy meals 2 hours before class. 🧘‍♂️ Wear comfortable clothes. ⏰ Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time.
    🧼 Mats and props are available at the studio. You're also welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Disinfectant spray is provided – feel free to clean before or after class if you wish.
    ❗️ If you cannot attend the class, please cancel your booking at least 1 hour before the session starts. 🗓 You can then reschedule your spot for another day (subject to availability). ⏳ Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the class unfortunately cannot be rescheduled.
    ✨ Our classes are designed to help you release tension, open blocked areas, and allow your energy to flow freely. 🧘‍♀️ Mondays at 18:00 and Wednesdays at 20:00 – Iyengar-inspired sessions focusing each week on a specific area of the body for deep opening and alignment. 💥 Wednesdays (Power/Ashtanga inspired) – stronger flow for those who seek movement and inner fire. 🌬 Fridays mornings – gentle Vinyasa & breathwork to release fatigue and soften into your day. 💫 Each class is a space to reconnect, to feel lighter, and to allow healing energy to move within you.
