Whether you're an athlete, a beginner, or simply looking for balance in your daily life — you'll find space here to unwind, realign, and recharge.

This space is held and guided by Nafas — a passionate yoga practitioner and spiritual explorer.
Yoga has always been a deep source of inspiration and healing for me. As a student of life and movement, I’ve been practicing and learning for years, always drawn to the subtle power of breath, energy, and mindful presence.
Now living in Vienna, I feel called to share this journey with others — to offer classes that open the body, release tension, and allow energy to flow freely again.
This isn’t just a practice — it’s a space for softness, strength, and self-connection. I’d love to welcome you in.
