what a disappointment by the organisation my first trial session ended in me being 2 min late ( due to subway disruption) ...and facing locked doors and no way to reach out to anyone -l I wrote an email + insta message 20 min before the session asking to reschedule since I might not make it and got delayed answer by day(s) due to weekend unactivity by June ...I was politely refused to reschedule and ditched - got a generic chatgpt message and the subtle message of " we dont care about it" June is clearly not interested in new customers sorry, I get you have terms & conditions policy and somehow this is not a great CRM...

1. Was macht JUNE Parlament besonders?

We’re not just about work-outs, we’re about a positive way of life. A life that looks, tastes, sounds and feels great – every single day! Call it the #juneeffect. 2. Muss ich eigenes Equipment mitbringen oder ist es möglich etwas auszuleihen?

Socks are mandatory, for safety reasons we recommend to wear grippy socks during class. Those can also be purchased at our studio shop. Please bring your own sweat and shower towel(s).

3. Was sollte ich für meinen ersten Besuch wissen?

Our doors open 15 minutes before class, no need to arrive much sooner as our trainers are busy with previous clients. But please arrive at least 5 minutes before class so you have enough time to change and start on time. We are a shoe-free studio. We kindly ask you to take your shoes off and leave them in the designated area or in your locker upon entering the studio. Our doors are locked after the class has started. For safety reasons our trainers can't accept latecomers.

4. Was sollte ich sonst noch wissen?

For your safety, please inform our team of any medical issues or injuries prior to class. If you are currently pregnant, you may join our group classes up to week 20 with your doctor's clearance. After week 20, we only offer private classes or special Pregnancy Reformer classes at JUNE Townhouse. Please make sure to notify us before class begins, so we can tailor your workout to accommodate your needs. Thank you!

5. Was soll ich tun, wenn ich gebucht habe, aber doch nicht kommen kann?

If you need to cancel your class, please do this at least 24 hours before the class starts via your Eversports Account under Bookings > Sign out of activity. Your credit will be refunded to your Eversports account and can be used for a new booking. If you cancel after that, you'll be charged the full amount. If you don't cancel your class at all and you don't show up, you'll be charged the full amount. Please cancel your classes as soon as you know you can’t make it, so other people have the chance to join in. Your cooperation helps us create a welcoming and accommodating environment for everyone. Thank you!
