The Energy Studio is a wellness hub that takes a holistic approach to nurturing the body, mind, and spirit. It features a Concept Store, a Co-Working Space, a Tea Bar, Studio Room and a small Zen Garden.
We offer a variety of weekly classes, including yoga, meditation, sound healing, and more, along with special workshops, events, and ceremonies. Additionally, we provide certification trainings through the Energy Medicine Academy, where you can explore different practices such as meditation, mindfulness, reiki, sound healing, and shamanic knowledge.

It was my first time Yoga in Vienna after a very long pause for 2 years… The experience is absolutely amazing, beginning from the cozy space around, kind and very nice people, the quality of equipment. I would recommend everyone!
