The Energy Studio is a wellness hub that takes a holistic approach to nurturing the body, mind, and spirit. It features a Concept Store, a Co-Working Space, a Tea Bar, Studio Room and a small Zen Garden.
We offer a variety of weekly classes, 1:1 Treatments, Workshops and Events including yoga, meditation, sound healing, and more. Additionally, we provide certification trainings through the Energy Medicine Academy, where you can explore different practices such as meditation, mindfulness, reiki, sound healing, and shamanic knowledge.
