    BÅL is Vienna’s first Slow Resistance Training (SRT) studio, offering a high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout designed to build strength, sculpt lean muscle, and deeply activate your core.

    SRT focuses on slow, controlled movements performed against heavy resistance to keep your muscles under constant tension. There are no breaks during class — only fast transitions from one exercise to the next — keeping your heart rate elevated and your body working from start to finish.

    Each 50-minute class targets your core, lower body, and upper body in structured blocks using slow tempo, long holds, and continuous movement. Your core stays engaged in every exercise, not just during ab work.

    You’ll leave shaking, sweating, and stronger, with a deep muscle burn that lasts long after class ends.

    All BÅL trainers are trained in our Slow Resistance Training (SRT) method and follow the same class structure and programming. Every instructor delivers the same level of precision, intensity, and coaching quality, ensuring a consistent experience no matter who is teaching. Expect clear guidance, form-focused coaching, and the signature BÅL burn in every class.

    Because BÅL offers a completely different type of training than traditional Pilates. Our method uses slow-resistance strength work, high-intensity but low-impact, to activate your core and major muscle groups through continuous tension and controlled movement. This approach targets slow-twitch muscle fibers, improving muscular endurance, stability, and overall strength. If you want to understand how slow, intentional movement can create deeper activation and more effective results, BÅL is the place to experience it.
    If you can’t attend, please cancel at least 24 hours before class to avoid losing your credit. Late cancellations and no-shows result in the deduction of your class credit, which cannot be refunded or reinstated. You can easily cancel directly via Eversports.
    Arrive at least 15 minutes early if it’s your first time, to get settled and receive any necessary instructions. Doors close 5 minutes before class starts. Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes and grippy socks, which are required for safety and hygiene. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Classes are suitable for all levels, and modifications are offered so you can work at your own pace. Be ready to move slowly and deliberately—the BÅL method focuses on controlled resistance for maximum results.
