Über uns

Built on heat, music and light our studio is designed to challenge your body and shift your state. We fuse low-impact Pilates with high-intensity strength training, all inside our infrared hot room. Dopamine. Serotonin. Endorphins. Oxytocin. The science behind the sweat is real. And so is the high. One class in, and you’ll get it. This is a full-body reset that lingers — in your body, your mood, your mind. A pure, natural feeling of ecstasy. The only high worth chasing.

Über das Team

At Alchemy37, our coaches come from across disciplines: Pilates, Yoga, Barre or Strength but share one obsession: movement. Each brings their own rhythm, their own approach, their own way of holding space for you. Different moods, different energies but always in the heat and always with the music high.

Häufig gestellte Fragen

Each class is a seamless blend of low-impact precision and high-energy intensity. An alchemy of contemporary Pilates and strength training set in the heat of our studio. We offer everything from deep, controlled sculpting to fast, high-intensity classes, designed to define, strengthen, and energize. In temperatures set to 37°C, the heat enhances circulation, accelerates results, and promotes a cleansing, detoxifying sweat.
All you need to bring is a water bottle and comfortable workout clothes. No shoes required. We provide mats and large towels to cover the mat for all classes. Using this large towel to cover mats is mandatory. Should you like an extra towel these can be rented for €2.50 at the studio. Good to know: arrive well-hydrated, bring water, and pace your first few classes. If you’re pregnant, have unstable cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension, are recovering from injuries or heat-sensitive conditions, consult your clinician before booking.
Our infrared-heated workouts offer exceptional health benefits, and you can read more about the science behind them below. That said, as with any fitness routine, it’s your responsibility to consult your physician before starting, to inform your instructor of any injuries or health conditions prior to class, and to choose the class level that’s appropriate for you. By purchasing or participating in a class, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the nature of infrared-heated training and that you are participating voluntarily, at your own risk. These classes are designed for individuals in good general health; if you have any medical concerns, please seek medical advice before attending. If you’re new to Pilates or to training in heat, we recommend beginning with an Introductory Class to allow your body to gradually adapt to the environment. Each session is clearly labeled for intensity, and our instructors are there to guide you—ensuring your experience is safe, effective, and empowering.
To ensure we can offer your spot to another participant, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class to receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made after this period. We value our community and ask that you be mindful of others by canceling in advance. By respecting the policy, you’re helping to maintain the positive, dedicated energy that makes our community so special. You can easily cancel through Eversports.
Evidence-Informed Benefits of Infrared Training: · Infrared panels warm the body directly (not just the room air), producing a steady rise in core and muscle temperature at lower ambient heat, making sessions feel clearer and more breathable than conventional hot classes. · What this means for your workout: heat-stress elevates heart rate and improves blood-vessel function in ways that mimic light-to-moderate cardio, with short-term drops in blood pressure and longer-term cardiovascular benefits observed with regular heat exposure. · Warmer tissues also move better: applying heat before and during movement reliably enhances range of motion and allows deeper, safer stretching compared with stretch alone. · Many clients report “faster recovery.” Mechanistically, passive heat supports circulation and may reduce perceived muscle stiffness after training—findings consistent with broader heat-therapy research. · About sweat and “detox”: sweat is mainly water and electrolytes, but peer-reviewed reviews show small, measurable excretion of some metals (e.g., arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury). Your liver and kidneys remain the primary detox organs; heat is an adjunct, not a replacement for medical care. Infrared Heat & Hormonal Balance: · Infrared training applies gentle, body-direct heat that activates beneficial stress-response pathways. Studies on heat exposure show increases in β-endorphins, dopamine, and noradrenaline, which enhance mood, focus, and post-session calm. Mild thermal stress also stimulates growth hormone release, supporting muscle repair, fat metabolism, and recovery. · Repeated sessions may improve cortisol regulation and overall stress resilience. Combined with exercise, these effects help optimize hormonal balance, circulation, and nervous-system recovery—leaving you feeling more energized, focused, and uplifted long after your workout.
