Reformer Pilates will tone and strengthen your muscles, improve flexibility, and make you feel amazing in your body — all while boosting your energy so you can move through the day with ease and confidence. * * * Studio Policies & Class Attendance Guidelines · Our doors open 15 minutes before each class. Arrive at least 5 minutes before class to allow time to change and settle in. · The doors will be locked once the class begins. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late arrivals once the session has started. · We maintain a shoe-free environment to keep our studio clean and calm. Please remove your shoes upon entering and place them in the designated area or your locker. · For hygiene and safety reasons, grip socks are required during class. Please note: bare feet are not permitted at PILATESNESS. · If you need to cancel your class, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through your Eversports account under Bookings → Sign out of activity. Schon allein durch seine einzigartige Form wird eine Lockerung des Schulter-Nacken Bereiches und der ganzen Wirbelsäule erreicht und über die Stimulierung von Akkupressurpunkten werden Verspannungen gelöst und damit verbundene Schmerzen gelindert. Über mechanische Reize werden die kleinen Wirbelgelenke der Wirbelsäule geöffnet und durch Bewegungen auf dem SPINEFITTER Blockaden gelöst, sodass Energien wieder besser fließen.
