Yoga Flow
A flowing, well-rounded yoga class for all levels.
Each class begins with a relaxation to help you arrive fully in the present moment. Breathing and physical exercises (pranayama and asanas) then strengthen body and mind and promote your well-being. The class concludes with a beautiful final relaxation!
Each class is characterized by the individual yoga style of the different instructors – let yourself be inspired!
This class is not suitable for pregnant women or women in postpartum recovery.
This class will also be streamed online.
Über den Trainer/Lehrer
Meine Ausbildung zur Anusara® elements teacher bei Tina Lobe (yogatribe, Berlin) habe ich im Dezember 2014 beendet und im Oktober 2015 durch das Anusara® therapy training bei Barbra Noh weiter ergänzt. Ich unterrichte mit großer Freude herzöffnendes Yoga mit dem Focus auf die genaue Ausrichtung der Yoga-Stellungen!
