Mateva is a performer and teacher at an international level. After her discovery of pole, she

soon makes it her most authentic language of expression.

Her dance combines strength and fluidity, technique and sensuality, transforming movement

into an act of emotional freedom and body awareness.

Through her performances and workshops, Mateva invites you to explore the pleasure of

gesture, the connection with oneself, and the power that is born when the body stops holding

back.

She has 7+ years of teaching experience and continuously longs to learn in order to teach.

Workshop Beschreibung:

EASY LOVER - sensual sexy flow

EASY LOVER is a choreography based Workshop that explores dynamic switches between soft and intense movement, blending fluid sequences with sharp accents. It‘s a playground for those who want to explore their heels, work a little more and move in a way that feels authentic to themselves. The choreo is structured as an outline that you can use to play with, offering space to invite new patterns into the body or revisit familiar movements for refinements.

Level: Experienced Beginner / All Level What you need: HEELS, KNEEPADS

666 - Hardstyle

One of Mateva’s all time favourites. In 666 you will be pushed trough a Hardstyle choreography which allows you to release stress and get in a new challenge. It’s a fast paced choreo with focus on speed, controlled aggression and musicality.

Level: Intermediate

What you need: KNEEPADS, HEELS

Participation

You must be 18+ years old and in good health to participate. If you have medical conditions or injuries, consult a doctor before booking. The instructor is not liable for injuries.

Parkplätze

direkt vor Ort leider begrenzt sind und im ZIB nur 2 Stunden kostenlos parken möglich sind (danach 2,5 € pro Stunde), empfehlen wir dir, mit den Öffis oder dem Fahrrad zum Studio zu kommen. Alternativ kannst du in der Umgebung nach der Brücke, z.B. in der Ferdinand-Sauter-Straße, Weiher-Wiesbach-Straße oder Parscher Straße parken.

Bei nicht erreichen der Mindestteilnehmerzahl behält sich Fit and Fly by Marita vor, den Workshop abzusagen!
