DEEP DIVE - mehr zum gong und zum ablauf der nacht für DICH

Eine GONG PUJA/GONG NACHT ist ein tiefgreifender Klang-Ritual, eine Zeremonie der Reinigung, Regeneration und Verjüngung.

Die vielschichtigen Klänge der Gongs und andere archaischen Instrumente, die die ganze Nacht hindurch von verschiedenen Spielern sanft gespielt werden, erfüllen den Raum mit zartem Gesang. Die heiligen Klangvibrationen stimulieren ein Gefühl tiefer Entspannung und helfen Verspannungen und Energieblockaden an allen Ebenen zu befreien. Nach einer GONG PUJA fühlt man sich entspannter, erfrischter, freudiger, energiegeladener, leichter und voller neuer Impulse und Vitalität. Das vitale Erleben der Schwingungen kann dich noch lange begleiten und dich mit dem Frieden und der Kraft in dir selbst verbinden. Heilsame Effekte dieser Art von Klangbehandlungen zeigen sich u.a. bei chronischen Erschöpfung, Rückenleiden, rheumatischen Beschwerden, Schlafstörungen, Migräne und Kopfschmerzen, Konzentrationsschwäche, bei Burn-out und Depressionen Zu Beginn einer GONG PUJA bereitest du deinen Platz für die Nacht um zu Schlafen, zu Wachen, zu Meditieren oder um über die Unfassbarkeit des Universums zu staunen.

Wir beginnen um 21 uhr 30 mit einer kurzen Relaxation oder Meditation und Mantrasingen.

Es folgt bis zu 6:00 Uhr die Gongentspannung. Mitzubringen: dicke Matten, dazu Kopfpolster, Decke (Schlafsack) und bequeme Kleidung, Wasserflasche; was du brauchst um dich wohlzufühlen: eventuell auch Socken/Hausschuhe - wir spielen die ganze Nacht.

Über die Künstler: Allena & Dariusz Domanowski

Ein musikalisches Duo, das verschiedene Gongs, tibetische Klangschalen und andere archaische Musikinstrumente verwendet. Ihre Musik verbindet Urklänge mit gegenwärtigen Arrangements. Im Sommer 2013 nahmen sie zusammen mit dem österreichischen Schlagzeuger Patrick Feldner und der ungarischen Harfistin Zsuzsanna Aba-Nagy das Album "Spirit Songs" auf. Seit über 14 Jahren organisieren Allena und Dariusz Veranstaltungen verschiedener Art: Gongbad, Gong Puja, Konzerte und Gongmeister-Training. Sie leben in Wien.

YOUA GONG PUJA/GONG NIGHT is a profound sound ritual, a ceremony of cleansing, regeneration and rejuvenation.The multi-layered sounds of gongs and other archaic instruments, gently played by various players throughout the night, fill the room with delicate chanting. The sacred sound vibrations stimulate a feeling of deep relaxation and help to release tension and energy blockages at all levels.

After a GONG PUJA, you feel more relaxed, refreshed, joyful, energized, light and full of new impulses and vitality. T

he vital experience of the vibrations can stay with you for a long time and connect you with the peace and power within yourself.

The healing effects of this type of sound treatment can be seen in chronic exhaustion, back pain, rheumatic complaints, sleep disorders, migraines and headaches, lack of concentration, burnout and depression.

We start at 9:30 pm with a short relaxation or meditation and mantra chanting.

This is followed by gong relaxation until 6:00 am.

What to bring: thick mats, pillows, blanket (sleeping bag) and comfortable clothes, water bottle; what you need to feel comfortable: possibly also socks/slippers

About the artists: Allena & Dariusz DomanowskiA musical duo using various gongs, Tibetan singing bowls and other archaic musical instruments. Their music combines primal sounds with contemporary arrangements.
