You lie on the floor on a mat in comfortable clothing – your head on a cushion and covered with a light blanket. This workshop is designed for this powerful Season in mind to reconnect with our own inner power, to call in the light and with it, all of our hopes, dreams, and aspirations and gain a deeper connection to Self.
