Retreat Day with Kate

A full day to journey from fire to stillness. Guided by Kate, you’ll move with strength and joy, then soften into breath, meditation, and deep rest. There will be space to connect, to nourish, and to simply be. This special day is an invitation to release what you no longer need and return home lighter, clearer, and renewed - plus, space to be YOU (and there's a goodie bag!)

• 13:00–14:30 - Fire & Flow Masterclass 🔥 sweaty, musical, strong, joyful
• 14:30–14:45 - Mini break ✨ hydrate, snack, breathe
• 14:45–16:00 - Breathwork & Releasing Meditation 🧘‍♀️ deep reset, pattern release, reborn January vibes
• 16:00–17:00 - Dinner break 🥗 eat, journal, connect
• 17:00–18:00 - Yin Yoga Practice 🌙 softening, slowing, letting go
• 18:00–18:15 - Tea break ☕️
• 18:15–19:00 - Yoga Nidra & Guided Meditation 💫 rest, restore, reset
• 19:00–19:45 - Closing sharing circle + Q&A 💕 goodie bag & float home
