New Moon Healing combines the support of aerial yoga, the cleansing power of breathwork, and the grounding stillness of meditation to help you reset and reconnect with your intentions.

Suspended in a soft hammock, you’ll be guided through aerial poses that encourage release, flexibility, and trust.

Sound healing with gong, singing moon bowls and other instruments takes you into the beautiful relaxing journey at the end of the session.

Come as you are. And reconnect to your inner peace, wisdom and healing.

This class is perfect for all levels - no aerial experience needed.
