Through long-held, grounding asanas, this practice soothes the nervous system and deepens your body’s natural flexibility. Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, we work with energy meridians to harmonize internal flow, while incorporating mindfulness practices to encourage a calm, peaceful state. 

This 90min Workshop allows time and space to really understand the practice physically, mentally and energetically.
