We have created an online platform to reach you whilst you are in the comfort of your own homes. 

All online classes will be available via zoom and by online purchase only prior to joining the classes. We ask that you organise this well in advance to secure that this transition is as smooth as possible. Once the payment has been cleared, you will receive an email invitation to join the group online (15 minutes before class).
