Each week we’ll focus on a theme inspired by the chakras—not as mystical concepts, but as practical guidelines to connect with our body, breath, and mind.

This is a space for exploration, movement, and reflection. Come. as you are—no prior knowledge is needed, just curiosity and the will to learn yoga and yourself.

Bei einigen Streaming Anbietern (z.B. Zoom) ist es möglich, dass sich Teilnehmer:innen gegenseitig sehen können. Es ist aber auch möglich die Kamerafunktion zu deaktivieren. Dein eingegebener Name kann während des Meetings angezeigt werden, du kannst aber auch nur deine Initialen angeben. Bitte beachte, dass je nach Studio oder Anbieter individuelle Regeln für die Online Teilnahme gelten können.

Today, as a ever learning yoga teacher, I have the pleasure to guide individuals through their yoga journey, inspired on hatha yoga, ayurveda and pranayama techniques. All levels are welcome to my classes, as they are designed for individuals to focus on their own moment and journey, all is needed is an open mind to connect with your body and mind. On my classes we will work with classic yoga postures, breath-work, meditation and selfa-wareness in a moderate pace with possibility to adjust according to your level.
