Über

Camilla’s class offers a mindful, playful and choiceful movement practice. In each class, we move through flows of asanas that invite us into sensory explorations, sustainable alignment and dynamic physical expression; the intension is to create embodied experiences of enhanced presence, agency and general wellbeing.

Ausbildung

Camilla Brogaard (she/her) is a danish performance artist, philosopher (MA) and somatic practitioner/teacher based in Berlin. She works actively in community organizing and cares deeply about trauma informed- and embodied approaches to teaching, communicating and connecting; also in her facilitation of yoga classes and meetings with students on the yoga mat.
