Build-A-Body Level 1 is your entry point into the BBT training system—where you learn proper technique, master the fundamentals, and create a strong, balanced physique in a supportive, high-energy environment.

This 90-minute hybrid session allows you to train live alongside the in-studio group while receiving real-time coaching, form corrections, and motivation. Each workout includes progressive resistance training, core integration, lower- and upper-body strength work, and conditioning finishers to help you move better, get stronger, and see visible results.

Perfect for beginners and anyone returning to structured training, this class focuses on building a solid base, improving mobility and stability, and developing the strength needed to progress to higher levels.
