Online Spinning Pole Beginners (1-2)

Clara’s journey into pole started with a love for movement - and a long way of finding her way back to it. Growing up in Berlin, she explored ballet and other movement modalities. After a difficult period in her life, Clara discovered pole and immediately fell in love with the movement, the atmosphere, and the incredible sense of encouragement she found in the studio. That experience changed the way she saw herself and what she thought was possible, inspiring her to become a pole instructor herself. Along the way, Clara discovered heels, sensual flow and many different forms of dance and expression, which helped her challenge old ideas about what she was “supposed” to be able to do and become more confident in her own body and movement. This is what she wants to pass on to you as her student: you are capable of much more than you think. Her classes are about self-acceptance, confidence, curiosity and giving yourself permission to enjoy 🧡
