Hi! and welcome to our FLOW studio at Sonnenallee 🤍
This is a space for pilates, barre, and mindful movement designed to build strength, mobility, and balance. Our classes focus on moving with intention, helping you feel grounded, steady, and connected to your body.
Our coaches guide each session with clarity and care, offering challenges that push you while creating a supportive environment where you can move at your own pace and enjoy your practice.
The Sonnenallee building is also home to all three Hi! Studios, so you can mix it up:
• RIDE – indoor cycling with music and energy
• STRENGTH – mindful strength training for full-body power
No matter what you choose, you’ll leave feeling strong, grounded, and energized ✨

🧘♀️ Please bring your own mat (free mats are also available on site)
⏰ Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and begin on time
